We operate in a matrix structure, where we have several dedicated teams for each product.

WHAT TO DO

• Analyzing and accounting for disputed client payments with the payment providers.

• Preparing and submitting documentation to payment systems and providers.

• Interacting with internal and external parties to collect necessary information and documents.

• Preparing reports on the outcomes of dispute and claim reviews.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience in the dispute management department of a fintech company or bank is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Attention to detail, analytical mindset.

• High level of responsibility and self-organization.
